Embeded Ball
A ball
embedded in its own pitch-mark in the ground in any closely
mown area through
the green may be lifted,
cleaned and dropped, without penalty, as near as possible to
the spot where it lay but not nearer the hole.
The ball when dropped must first strike a part of the course
through
the green. “Closely mown
area” means any area of the course, including
paths through the rough, cut to fairway height or less.

(June 5, 2005) Lance Lucas shot a four under 136 (68-68-136) to win the 2005 Eagle Creek
Country Club "Willie D" Invitational. Lucas entered final
round play tied for second, one stroke behind Kevin Wright.
Wright (67-74, 141) and Phil
Harper (72-69, 141) finished the tournament tied for second. Mike Kessling fired the
low round of the day on Sunday with a three under 67, on his way to
winning the first flight.
Other flight winners were Jeff Colson (153)
in the Second Flight, David Holyhoke (157)
in the Third Flight, Dan Northcutt (171) in the Fourth Flight, and
